Product Designer
As a Product Designer at Intersolia, you’ll collaborate closely with a product manager, a fellow product designer, and software engineers to build an impactful software product. You’ll drive the design and scaling of our product, applying UX principles to craft experiences that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design assets, ensuring the voice of our users is represented and that teams understand user interactions with our products.
Product Designer Responsibilities - What will you do?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
- Produce high-quality UX solutions, including flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders—to align user needs, software functionality, and business objectives.
- Facilitate usability tests to refine designs and support data-driven design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, enhancing consistency across our product suite.
- Prepare design assets for technical implementation, meeting all development standards.
- Contribute to the enhancement and organization of product documentation.
- Stay current on UI/UX trends, techniques, and industry best practices, sharing knowledge within the team.
- Translate usage data, user feedback, and experimentation results into actionable design insights.
Product Designer Requirements - What are we looking for?
- 5+ years as a Product and/or UX/UI Designer, ideally in SaaS environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually polished digital experiences.
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept through completion, aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Expertise in building and evolving scalable, consistent design systems.
- Proficiency in usability testing, with a data-informed approach to design improvement.
- Skilled in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and familiarity with iOS, Android, and Design Systems.
- Strong team collaborator with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective multi-tasking and time-management abilities, with a capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in a Scrum/Agile workflow.
- Empathy-driven problem-solving approach.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Practical experience in UX research and testing, with knowledge of user research methodologies.
